Downloading Tours and Burning to CD-ROM
All of your virtual tours are available for download. The file you download will be a zip file containing everything necessary to view your tour even when you are not online. You can even create a CD-ROM to share with others or to give as gifts to your clients.

Downloading the Tour
- Go to the tour control panel for the desired tour.
- Follow the link to download a zip file for your tour.
- When the File Download window comes up, click Save. In the Save As window, browse to a location to save the zip file. It's recommended that you save it to your Desktop so it will be easy to find. Please note that tours with a large number of images may take a few minutes to download with a slow Internet connection.
- Important: Once you download the zip file, you will need to unzip it to a new folder. For Windows users, right click on the zip file and select "Extract All ...". Mac users can just double click the zip file to unzip it, You can name this folder anything you want. Again, you may want to save it to your desktop so it will be easy to find.
- The files for your tour will be inside this new folder and look something like this:

Creating a CD-ROM

- Follow the instructions for you CD-ROM software to burn your tour to a CD. Recent versions of Windows and Macs have CD burning built in.
- When creating the CD, copy to the CD all the files from inside the folder you created in step 6 above. See figure 1.
- On Windows computers, the CD should autoplay when inserted into the computer.
- Mac users will have to open the CD and double click the start.htm file.
