Problem: I have typed in my address but it is not coming-up in the search, when I search by my agents name the tour comes up in the search. What am I doing wrong?

Answer: The issue has to do how search engines work. When you give the search query to much information it will exclude the property. Here is an example; your address has been entered into our database as 123 Main Lane. If you search 123 your property will be found, if you type 123 main your property will be found, but if you type in 123 Main Ln. your property will be excluded because Lane and Ln do not match. We are working on a fix that will exclude search parameters like Ln & Ct.. Searches are not case sensitive.
