Cannot See Spinning Tour

Problem: I can not see the spinning tour on my computer, I can see the photos and the slide show works but when I click on the virtual tour icon the screen is gray or has an X, I called a friend and they can see the spinning tour what is wrong?

Answer: Most virtual tour players use a program called Java. If you do not have a internet browser that is Java enabled you will not be able to see the spinning tour. If your browser has the ability to update over the internet to its latest version, the update will usually correct the problem. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer there have been legal problems between Microsoft and Sun who owns the Java program. Microsoft is trying to remove the Java program for Internet Explorer. Microsoft has sold versions of Internet Explorer without the Java program installed. You can install the Java Program but you have to use a third party.
