How to Create a Voice Over Message

Write a script or use your MLS description. (Message should be between 30 - 60 seconds).

Messages will play non stop no matter which spin or photo the viewer clicks on.

Suggested opening would be "Hello this is Bo Longo, this beautiful home features..."

Have the script in front of you in a quite room.

Call (916) 632-8594 Listen to the prompts.

At the start of you message leave your name and the address of the property.

Leave your message, at the end of your message Press # button to hear the message.

Follow the prompts to complete the message.

Press 1 to leave the message.

Press 2 to listen to the message.

Press 3 to re-record the message.

Press 4 to add more to the current message.

Press 6 to leave no message.

If you hang-up the message will be sent.

Your message will be e-mailed to our office, we will edit your message to remove your name and property address and format your message for the internet. We will then attach your message to your tour. Voice overs are posted to your tour the next business day.

You can play music in the background while you are recording your message.
